ABOUT THE FLOWER WHEELS
I have made a set of flower wheels- facts from 1 - 12. You could use these flower wheels to practice addition or you might want to use these as classroom decor to add life and color to your classroom. For classroom decor, place the flower wheel on the wall or put them in a vase or pot.
PREPARATION
Download the addition flower wheels or print directly from your computer. Cut the addition flower wheels accordingly. Laminate or paste them on card stock for durability. Attach the two flowers (the one with addition symbol should be on the top) with the stick in between them (the stick will serve as the stem of the plant). Attach the leaf on the stick. Now that you have your addition flower wheel, find a place to store them.
This material is best for your student/child who are learning basic addition.
