We really work hard on reading, writing and building CVC (Consonant, Vowel, Consonant) words because it is the foundation of becoming a good reader and a writer.
We made these activity worksheets to learn cvc words in fun and creative way.
Students will develop different skills while doing the activity. These are great for first grade of advance kindergarten to practice building sentences. They are perfect for literacy centers, daily morning work, home work and much more.
There are 64 CVC words included on this set of worksheets. Each page has one CVC word. While learning a particular word, students can also develop their skills in coloring, matching, writing, reading and could practice good observation.
Download these worksheets or print them directly from your computer. Select the pages that you will need and give each student a copy. Explain the instruction to your students before answering the worksheets. Monitor them while doing the activity.
